Return Policy

*Please note, all products must be returned in new and unused condition.


Apparel must be unworn with tags still on, and footwear will need to be returned in its original box.

Please contact the returns department prior to shipping your return if any changes need to be made to the items being returned. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase to receive a refund.

 

Please allow a minimum of 15 days for us to receive and process your return. Upon receipt and passed inspection of product, a refund will be issued back to the payment method used for the original purchase (credit card or PayPal). You can expect a refund within 30 days of receipt.

 

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs. If items are missing from your return, your original form of payment will be re-charged for any missing items. Shipment of product to a location other than that on the provided return label may result in denial of all customer claims pertaining to that return.

 

Exchanges

Please note that we do not perform exchanges at this time. All returns will be processed as a refund and a replacement order will need to be placed separately. For assistance in placing a new order for a different size or color please contact Customer Service.
